Cask at the newly opened Craft beer co in London. Hazy yellow straw appearence. Interesting aroma slightly citrus earthy. The flavour is adjunct forward with the lime leaves for me being the stand out flavour. I did not pick out the lemongrass. The hop character of this reminded me of the sorachi ace single hop beer ive had, although I’m not sure which hops they used. This beer was very refreshing and sessionable. harrisoni (18573) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 3, 2011

Cask, handpump at The Commercial & Victoria Hotel, Leeds, W.Yorks 18.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Pours gold with a white head. The nose is rather subtle in fact that subtle I don’t get much at all. Light fruity refreshing beer with a middling bitterness, I assumme that this has some Thai influence but I’m afraid that it has rather bypassed me, it’s still a decent beer though. another fruity affair from Melissa Cole. this one is a bit strange but ultimately tasty. golden straw pour with tight white head. aroma is an intoxicating mix of ginger & lemongrass. very refreshing as the aromas multiply and the light bitterness tickles the tonsils.
one pint was enough, probably better with food!
