Das Festbier gibt es nur von Mitte/Ende November bis ca. Januar. Es ist ein etwas stärkeres, und auch vollmundiges Bier, das hilft die Weihnachtszeit zu überbrücken.

Das Festbier der Brauerei Ott aus der fränkischen Schweiz. Das Winteretikett mit der verschneiten Landschaft ist sehr gut gelungen, also die neue Variante davon. Ins Glas ergiesst sich ein dunkles Gold, glanzfein, mit ein Finger breiter, klebriger Krone. Der Antrunk ist malzbetont, gut würziger vollmundiger Körper, angenehm rezent und süffig. Die Hopfenbittere im Abgang wirkt bei diesem Festbier fast etwas zu stark, dass machts etwas unrund. Ansonsten ein Top Bier.
