Pleasant, understated aroma. Slight hoppiness on tasting. Very smooth going down, but not intense in any sense. Palate nice and soft, which is important characteristic of style. Well rounded, and highly drinkable.

Helder geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is mooi bitter hoppig en licht fris zuur met iets van citrus en ananas. Beter dan verwacht bier. koleminer20 (3597) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUN 8, 2017
On draught at L’Osteria while out with a couple of colleagues. I can tell that this evening is going to spiral out of control. The pour is a clear bright golden yellow with a thick fluffy white head and a good lace. This almost looks like filtered piss. I can’t wait. There is a ton of effervescent carbonation coming up from the bottom of the glass. The aroma is what you’d expect for a helles. It’s full of crystal malts and a light sweetness. Fortunately, there isn’t any metallic effect, but it’s just a light malty thing. The flavor is much of the same. There is a bit more sharpness that isn’t doing it for me, but it’s not awful. The graininess isn’t something that’s bad, it’s just not particularly good. There is an earthiness about it with a dirty malt and a lingering light metallic. It’s sharp thought. Light alcohol as well. The mouth feel is watery and sharply carbonated with a very heavy malt and light alcohol on the finish. Ugh. I need stouts and stuff. mjs (7357) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 29, 2017
(Bottle, 0.5 l, at an ÖBB train restaurant, 20170529) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A too sweet brew with mild hop bite. nephirem (540) - CROATIA - MAY 13, 2017
Can, 0.5l. Clear yellow pour with two finger soapy white head. Quickly diminishing, not much of a retention to speak of. Sweet on the nose, quite malty and grainy.
Thin to medium body. Average carbonation, soft and smooth on the tongue. Taste is mostly sweet with strong malty character, some faint bitterness coming through in the aftertaste. Aroma pretty much as expected, malts, grains, faint corn notes, faint acidity. Some earthy hops. Quite mild taste overall but still ok for what it is.
Refreshing and easy drinking. Nothing extraordinary but ok nonetheless.

Aika kiva. Raikas, poreileva, kielelle jää kutittelemaan. Jotain hunajaista makeutta seassa. ThirstyBird (2925) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 19, 2017
Airplane beer from the can, pours a clear golden yellow with a white head. The smell is light toasted malt, grass. The taste is sweet light grain, some grass and a dry finish. The body is light with fairly active yet soft carbonation. Pedestrian stuff.

On tap at Vienna airport.
Classic light eurobeer with difference it has no rich gold color. Other than that imagine whatever comes into your mind with word eurobeer and that’s it. Bit worse though. Ritzn (1380) - GERMANY - MAR 12, 2017
Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is hops, vegetable, uncanny unfresh malt, tobacco. Taste is bad malty sweetness with the normal lager stuff. So uncanny it is not drinkable. Bah. AWS9 (703) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 6, 2017
Can. Simple blonde lager appearance. Some bready-wheat character. Crisp finish (I sound like a beer commercial), with a nice malty aftertaste. It doesn’t ’standout’ flavour-wise, but just struck me as very well crafted in what it was going for.
