Can from the Kalea German beer advent calendar. Hazy gold lasting white head. Cereal aroma. It's a cerealy lemony lager. Not the best but kinda ok. No off or bad flavours. But not very interesting to be honest. But it's fine.

UPDATED: SEP 14, 2017 Good reliable beer. I'll enjoy an Original, or perhaps a red Zwickel, if at an Ottakringer pub. The brewery tour is worth a visit too - I think I can taste the bottom fermentation.

Bottle. Clear dark golden to amber colour with a medium slightly off-white head, nose is malty, bready and a bit boozy with notes of brioche, caramel and spices, taste is also malty and sweet with a slight roastiness, a creamy mouthfeel and a not overly dry finish.
