COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pils Lager
Our spring seasonal offering brewed with 100 percent positive vibrations and single-hopped with Citra hops. The presence of the Citra hop is elevated by a clean fermenting lager yeast that allows the subtle Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts to lay a crisp, bready foundation. The citrus and tropical fruit character of the Citra hop comes from kettle additions followed by a huge dose of ‘em again in the fermenter.

Bottle from Wegmans in Fayetteville. Pours a cloudy yellow golden color with a minimal head. Not much aroma but very clean and crisp for what’s there, maybe a little grapefruit hint. Citrusy hops with an overall crisp pils taste. Finish is slightly bitter and short. This would be a good beer for a hot summer day, very refreshing.

Cloudy dark straw color with big off white head. Aroma of citra hops. Better than I remember, clean lemon maltyness of a Pilsner with a floral mango citrus citra finish.

Bottle picked up at StateLine.. Poured in to a snifter... big ole’ rocky head, that sticks around. Light orange color which is slightly murky. Nose of tropical fruits...pineapple, banana. Taste is tropical fruits... light pineapple, pear, banana, light bitterness/hop presence in the aftertaste. Nice malty body. Reminds me Sam Adams Noble pils. Easy to drink. Cant say enough good things about this beer... definitely exceeded expectations!

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, small white head dissipates to a ring leaving decent lacing. Aroma is Citra - i get it as buttery tropical dank and fruity, mango and guava. Flavor is light sweet and light plus bitter, muted citra hoppy flavors, a bit of underlying honey. Medium body, lingering bitterness. Pretty solid.
