Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazed light amber color with a one finger head of pure white. The fizzy head fades very fast leaving only a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer is heaviest of a grainy smell mixed with some grapefruit citrus and some lemon aromas. Along with these aromas are some light caramel smells as well as a bit of a grassy and floral smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a drier cracker taste with a good dose of a grassy taste. There are just some hints of sweet citrus upfront with them fading rapidly from the taste, leaving a quite dry taste overall. Along with the loss of the light sweetness, a grapefruit hop flavor mixed with some lemon grows stronger as the flavor moves on toward the end. A hay like taste comes to the tongue as well as some more grass, leaving a rather dry and somewhat green but pleasant flavor of grass, hay, and grain to linger on the tongue
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the averages side in terms of its thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is on the average side as well. Both are rather nice of the easy drinking and nicely hopped flavors of the brew, making for a crisp and refreshing drinker.
Overall – A nicely hopped and rather tasty brew overall. At only 5.75 % abv it packs a good deal of hop flavor into its modest body. Quite tasty and crisp. Elwood (3336) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - AUG 15, 2014

Bottle. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a rocky white head. Aroma of pale malts, citrus, grass and had notes of pine. Flavor of pale malts, lemongrass, citrus, grains, grapefruit and had a nice bitterness with a crisp dry finish. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 1, 2014
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body under a frothy bright white head that faded slowly. The nose is big and citrusy with lots of catty citra notes. Some light pale bready maltiness. The flavor is light on the malt, letting the hops do all the talking. Bright and delicate with lots of citra that lingers nicely. Light bodied and easy drinking with fizzy carbonation. Decent beer. zvikar (6349) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - MAY 31, 2014

Agrumes empêtrés dans un pain de levure, céréales craquants, blé et verdure chatouillant le palais. Le corps est entre croustillant et moelleux, fort agréable.
