has a sweet aroma, taste is a strong tangy/hop/wheat taste. Bitter aftertaste. kinda a citrus orange overtone. kinda a bummer. Maverick34 (3305) - New York, USA - AUG 10, 2013
Clear fizzy yellow from bottle. Grainy pilsnery body. Light malt sweets. OK nothing amazing. r464 (2372) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 22, 2013
Light, malty, sweet. Hints of caramel and honey. Better than a macro, certainly more full flavor. Cereal like with a decent finish. jsmerig (1682) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 12, 2013
Pours a pale clear gold yellow. Aroma of straw and flowers. The taste is lightly sweet to start and then quickly offset by floral bittering hops. A good version of a classic style.

Bottle. Grainy and slightly grassy, with pale pils malt, a hint of sweetness, and some lingering grassy bitterness. Pretty good. Drake (14078) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 2, 2013
Had this many years ago at the brewery during a lapse in rating, so it’s cool to see it again. 12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. Decent head retention. Strong skunk and not much else from the brown bottle. Maybe some pale malts. I notice the best by date is back in April, which is funny since this has been on sale here for only about a week. The taste is pale malts, slightly buttery, and grassy hops. Thin bodied, lingering bitterness. snoworsummer (6076) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUL 2, 2013
Draft. Pours hazy yellow gold. Tastes like malt and citrus hops. Grapefruit, pine flavor. Light body and medium carbonation. Dull musky smell. sonnycheeba (6360) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUL 2, 2013
Tap. Pours clear, pale yellow/gold with creamy white head. Aroma is straw and wheat malts, corn, light grassy and herb notes, and faint orange peel. Flavor is dry malts, grassy bitterness, and some straw; dry finish. Light body and low carbonation. Scrapersnbeer (1532) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - JUN 19, 2013
Metallic grainy malt aroma. Hazy yellow color. Dried out, fruity malt taste. Kind of wooden, but not in an aged kind of way. Recalls the Sierra Nevada Summerfest, specifically that it’s a light lager from a heavy ale brewer.
