Bottle courtesy of argo0, thanks! Bright amber color, scant head and lacing. Nice pine aroma. Taste is toast with caramel sauce. OK. bhensonb (15617) - Woodland, California, USA - FEB 27, 2012
Bottle from Half Time. Pours quite ruddy with a beige smear. Aroma is mild roast caramel. Near med body. Flavor is quite sweet in the beginning - there’s a hint of grapefruit rind, and there’s enough bitter to balance, but...
There’s also a suggestion of chocolate I seem to imagine in "red" ales. For me this is neither here nor there. I find it a bit muddled. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - FEB 14, 2012

Bottle courtesy of argo0, thank you! Poured a clear, light copper color with a wispy white colored head. Grain notes in the aroma, caramel. Relatively clean, enjoyable enough. FROTHINGSLOSH (8069) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 20, 2011
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark orange-brown color with a large fluffy orange-tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was lightly toasty with a strong floral, herbal and piney hop presence that was moderately rough. The flavor was bitter and harsh vague fruity, herbal and piney hops. The finish was long, rough and hoppy. Medium body. Eh. wlajwl (7011) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - NOV 21, 2012
Aroma is light pine and malts. The flavor is very malty, mild hoppiness and a mildly tart finish.
