Pours a clear golden yellow with minimal head. Aroma of apricot. Taste is sweet and mellow with the flavor if apricot, but the sweet kind. Finished with a slightly dry bitterness. Easily drinkable. Good summer session ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The appearance is simplistic. There is no head with only a ring of bubbles that hugged my glass. The color is a clear yellow and pale like tone. As for the aroma I noticed apricot and grains. The apricot is a pleasant scent but it was too much. In tasting the apricot is tamed by the barley wheat, yeast, malts, and a carbonated texture. The beverage was not balanced well. Sniffing the beer led me to believe it would be more of a fruit beer than wheat ale. Tasting the beverage showed me that it was more of a wheat ale than a fruit beer. Overall it doesn?t impact the palate but it did not leave a delicious finishing taste in my mouth. The Apricot Wheat is a good drink but it was not to my liking.

Light good pour. A sweet, fruity aroma. A very sweet, fruit juice type flavor. A typical wheat beer after taste.

On tap at Ottos, pours a see through orangish color. Nose is all apricot. Taste is very light and bland and tastes like a non alcoholic apricot cider. Not for me ! Quaff Score 3 / 10

(bottle - 12 oz) Slightly hazy golden pour with a fizzy white head. Light aroma of wheat and apricot. Flavor is a nice and subdued apricot, which is nice as some of these beers tend to go overboard on the fruit flavor. Blends well with the wheat. Very refreshing.
