Apricot flavor throughout. Light and refreshing. Considered an American wheat ale. Good for session drinking.

12 Oct 2011, bottle. slightly orange yellow, clear s steady bubbles. second pour from the bottle was, naturally, hazy. at first the nose is a big hit of apricot juice, then it is a plain sawdust malt beer with faint apricot notes. med body and fizzy. meh. apricot juice is strong but not very sweet so it battles with an average malty ale.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a pale amber color with a small white head. Has a sweetish fresh aoricot aroma. Sweetish wheat malty apricot flavor with hints of citrus. Has a sweetish wheat malty apricot finish. Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - JUN 17, 2011

Pours a clear golden-copper color with a very thin white head that immediately fades and falls into a thin collar. A few spots of lacing. The nose has a bit of wheat and a slight apricot character. Mild peach there as well. The flavor is a short amount of apricot and there’s a bit of bread in the background. A lightly-sweet malt presence. Light body with just a touch of sweetness and moderate carbonation. Lightly bitter in the finish. Fruit isn’t strong, but is there. Decent enough, but not something I’d have again.

The problem with apricot wheat is that one flavor always overpowers the other. Definitely get hints of apricot on the nose and the palate but no real wheat. Not a lot of hop or malt action beer. It’s a pleasant beer suitable for your mum but not quite clean enough for session drinking. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - DEC 31, 2010
(22oz bomber thanks to Exiled) clear yellow with a few bubbles. Nose of apricot, permanent chemicals, artificial fruit, fruity pebbles, not too offensive despite my description of the nose. Taste of marshmallow, wheat, apricot. Watery but a lot of flavor here. Creamy body and linger of seltzer water. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - DEC 2, 2010
(22oz bottle, courtesy of Exiled) Pours a clear golden body with an average white head. Aroma of apricot, wheat, and vanilla. Flavor is dominated by apricot with some wheat.
