This beer was really weird, somewhere between a lambic and a wheat beer but leaning more towards a lambic. The 22oz bottle was poured into a wheat beer glass and produced an off-white head that quickly dissipated and a clear light amber body (unlike a true wheat beer which should be more translucent). Sweet apricot dominated the aroma and taste. Very light, much like the other lambic’s I’ve had.

22 oz. bottle; thanks to adrian910ss for the trade; pours clear orange with thin white head; primarily dried apricots on the nose; texture is thin with flavors of soft, dry apricots; some apples and other dried fruit too; also some lemons and stale wheat

Bomber from suzygreenberg. Pours a slightly murky orangish light brown to golden with little head. Nose is huge on the apricot and then some yeasty wheatness. Very inviting and almost desert like. Light prickly palate with lots of apricot and wheat. Taste pretty nice, but maybe a bit ’artificial’ on the fruit. Enjoyable and I would drink a bomber to myself, but nothing I would seek out. Thanks Ben.

Apricot extract nose. A little tart fruit. Golden pour, no head. Apricot flavors, a little wheat, and mostly apricot. Light and a little fruity. Thanks ben.

Light-medium amber color. Nearly no aroma or head to speak of. Palate is smooth (light on hops), and a distinct apricot flavor rolls over the tongue but is not overbearing. Refreshing, fruity, but not over the top. A very tasty and refreshing fruit beer that certainly does its style justice...I’d recommend it!

On draft at Ottos. Pours an orange colour with white head. Aroma of sweet, apricots, honey, wheat, citrus, and hops. Taste is the same as the aroma. Presence of apricot noted throughout. Sweet taste with no bitterness.

Draft at brew pub. Poured a cloudy golden in color with a medium sized white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is fruity with apricot. Tastes of apricot, light wheat and light citrus. Nice body and a pretty decent apricot wheat brew.

Only in draft. Delicious rich apricot flavor... a little more than just a hint of apricot.
