Hopheads rejoice! This strong IPA takes the style to a new level. It’s a big Imperial IPA packed with Nugget, Palisade, and Amarillo hops. Previously 8.2%.

Harrisburg Brewers Fest - Hazy amber with a nice head. Yeasty aroma with lots of citrus. Hop dominated flavor with very little apparent alcohol, except in the swallow. Medium bodied, pretty good!

beern (237) - Alabama, USA - NOV 5, 2017
Pours hazy green-golden with a one-finger white head. Tastes of bitter hops almost like a hopped hefe. It’s full bodied and the alcohol adds to the bitterness. It’s creamy and frothy. The bitter hops and alcohol are an attack on the taste buds. Wow!

Listigovers (1383) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 10, 2017
Reddish gold beer. Smells pretty floral. Lots of prickly hop flavours, short and bitter, light sweetness in the end but it is fine for balance.

Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - MAY 15, 2017
Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a semi-copper color with a slight transparency about it. Quarter finger white foamy head swiftly dissipated. Mild stringy lace, sliding. The aroma had some dried grassy hops, toast, citrus rind -sweetness, some leather and a touch of earthiness. Malt base was there, slightly stiff. The flavor leaned into the sweetness of the malts and tried to blend in the hops, somewhat bitter and sweet, but that mainly stayed separated. Aftertaste was malty. Finish was slightly sticky. The feel was just a tad under medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine. Overall, west coast styled DIPA? Maybe, in an odd sort of way. Old school DIPA? Perhaps. Enjoyable? Somewhat. Would I have again - only if someone offered me. It wasn’t too far off.

12oz bottle. Poured a copper color with a small off-white head. Poured a mostly clear copper color with a white head. Aroma was pine, sweet caramel notes. Resin. Some light spicy notes, pine finish.

badwhale (420) - Bitterville, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 27, 2015
Bottle to glass mug. Pours a cloudy yellow with sparse head. Great mouthfeel with malt backbone and lots of hop notes

acearl (510) - The Ham, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 25, 2015
12 oz pour, rust copper clear pour with some creamy an head, minimal lacing, medium body, smells of pine, somewhat on the sweet side from caramel, taste resin,

jflopsu (1862) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - APR 17, 2015
Pours a clear light rust orange with carbonation. Has a sweet aroma of citrus, pine and caramel. A strong taste of citrus hop, pine, caramel, and some fruits. A mild malt aftertaste.

Travlr (26412) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - APR 4, 2015
Draft at the source. Clear golden color. Nice citrus aroma. Taste has bitter summer fruit. Very nice.

can8ianben (1601) - State College, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 26, 2014
This was robust and citrusy. Really tasty and aggressive. I could drink a lot of this one. Love it.

Tstamba (786) - Maryland, USA - AUG 9, 2014
Draft at the brewery. Deep golden with off white head. Hop forward aroma gets lost in the palate where inadequate malt backbone allows the alcohol to take over... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
