Bottle. Caramelly and piney hop aroma. Clear orange amber colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is a bit like the aroma, but more teaish.

Bottle. Another bottle found while doing some cellar tidying, and another bottle that probably shouldn’t be this old, probably about a year on it. Whoops. Pours a clear orange amber with a medium sized beige head. Still some hop aroma on this one, soft caramel and malt. Medium bodied, a bit of age shows up early, malt. Thins out a bit, picks up some more malt notes and a touch of bitterness on the finish. Not bad, especially for a more than year old pale ale.

On tap at Capones. Poured a deeper golden color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of floral green hops, pine, and citrus. Nice and hoppy and on the aromas alone, I would have pegged this as an IPA. Tastes of citrus, floral, and light caramel. A very nice surprise.

Decent American style pale, brought back the bottle from the brewpub. C-hop aroma and in taste. A bit drying and a cut under average mouthfeel. Some orangey taste. Most drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Brian! Poured a clear butterscotch with a near white head that dissipated completely. Aroma was a combination of pine and grain that was slightly sweet. Flavor had a bit more of a citrus note that was joined by pine and sweet grain for a nice beer.

Another well made brew from Otto's. Pours dark straw colored with a great hop aroma. Tastes very hoppy, with some malt, citrus, and floral flavors at the finish. A great beer.
