Aroma of citrus, pine, and floral hops. Color is a clear amber with white head. Tastes of pine, hops, citrus and grassy notes. Flavor is a bit watered down and bitter. Nothing special. Hophead22 (2879) - Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA - APR 29, 2009
22oz bottle courtesy of treyrab, thanks Trey. Clear copper pour with a long lasting white head. Citrus aroma. Lots of nice clean hops flavor, very nicely balancd as well, very good IPA. Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - APR 16, 2009
Well served very cold this beer is awesome. A honey amber body with a white head. Rich pine and citrus with a nice full hoppy honey character. As it warms the caramel comes out a bit more and its less impressive. GodOfThunder (1249) - Orlando, Florida, USA - APR 6, 2009
Thanks to Kramer for this. Pours a amber color with a great hoppy aroma of citrus and pine. Flavor is fairly standard, but still good. Not anything too out of the ordinary, but a good IPA. More citrus hops and pine. hopscotch (11051) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - APR 6, 2009
Bottle… C&P’sLYFO Throwdown… Fairly clear burnt orange ale with a small, creamy, fat-bubbled, white head. The nose is grassy and piney. Medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Perfectly balanced - much like a PNW IPA - with a pinch of salt. Crisp, moderately bitter finish. Bottle provided by otakuden!

Transparent deep golden bronze color with a well-lacing frothy white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy grapefruity hops and a touch of pale malty sweetness. Body starts with good fullness and a nice amount of sweetness which is well-balanced with the resiny bittering and flavor hops before a crisp, bittersweet finish. A nice, very drinkable IPA. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 21, 2009
22oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops, malts, slight toasting, slight caramel, and a hint of grapefruit. Poured amber/orange in color with a small to medium-sized, off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Very good to excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly bitter. Tastes of hops, malts, slight toasting, slight herbs, and slight caramel. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly bitter finish. adrian910ss (2572) - Doylestown, PA, USA - MAR 17, 2009
