750ml bottle shared @Pułapka, Gdańsk

Great funk aroma. Strong horse sweat scents. Smells beautiful. Taste is very mild. I would welcome some more sourness, this is too little

En bouteille. Nez agrum et herbac. Attaque acide et surette. Lgre ametume et reste vinaigr en bouche. Peu aromatique et un peu plat. Manque un peu de caractre. Reste frais et dsaltrant.

Bottle - Petroleum and chalk, funky lemon and hay. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Funky stone fruit, farmhouse and light hay with a light stone fruit finish. Very subtle and easy drinking with a spectacular nose. Soft carbonation and just very well balanced.

Une lambic fabuleux, au nez frais et acidul alliant notes de levures, de fruits aciduls, de bois. Bouche acidule, parfaitement quilibre, dune longueur impressionnante, avec une finale frache et harmonieuse. Un dlice.

The aroma is totally weird, like horse which pissed himself, more suprising that this aroma is very nice and I like it very much. One of the first lambics meeting and its cool

750, capped, foiled, and split three ways at the bar at SB. For free, this is a solid, intriguing, offbeat lambic. For $61 friggin dollars this is a way-overpriced, irritating gimmick. But you get enough people together around one bottle and maybe they can sell one here and there. Lucky you--they probably wont sell out until you can get enough people to split it without breaking the bank. Even with the insane prices on the after-market these days, there are still enough good lambics and wild sours at lower retail prices. Anyway, the beer: Pours a slightly hazy burnished medium amber with a tight and fizzy off-white head. Funky grape nose with some lemon and wet hay in the background. Creamy medium body with tight and lively carb. The carb, of course, ends up being the most interesting thing about it, just carries every milliliter into the nooks and crannies of your palate without any chance of missing that tiny little dollop of flavor. Hay, lemon, vinous white wine grapes. Long tangy finish. Not drinking this again any time soon unless its free, and then Ill drink as much as you want to give me. Its very enjoyable to drink.

Aroma: very white wine. Lots of grapes and pale fruit. Taste: very dry, brett tartness and no sourness. Overall: something different and nice to try.
