Okay in aroma and flavor. Very well done. Body is perfect for the style. Unusually easy drinking

Poured from a big ass bottle @ Bill’s 40th birthday. This was my second favorite beer of the day after Tilquin Gueuze. Hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma is full of funk, cheese, cobwebs, barn, and a bit of dust. Nice carbonation and acidity. Very refreshing. Nice lactic element that is well-balanced. Some earth / grass. No hint of the 8% booze. Really good.

Pour from 3L at the Barrel Cellar for Bills 40th. Thanks man! Pour is hazy orange with a big white head and good lacing. Big funky, sweet tarts, lemony, uriney, oaky, cobwebs, horse blanket, and pepper in the aroma. Taste is funky, cheesy, waxy, lemony, oaky, peppery, tannic, uriney, and floral with a lightly tart finish. Medium body with medium carbonation. Delicious.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Golden with a white head. Nicely sour with grapes, wood, citrus and hints of brett. Refreshing and with lively carbonation.

Bottle. Unclear golden in color with a whitish head. Stable, apple skin, some funky and earthy notes in aroma. Fruits, apples and barnyard in taste. Sour notes, more barnyard and wood in aftertaste. Quite good one.
