1 year old lambic at Delerium, based on the presence: hazy orange with a semi lasting, bubbly and white head I think this is the Jonge Lambik. Aroma sweet malty, light grassy hoppy. Sweet malty flavoured, light bitterness and vague citrusy note lurking through. Bitter and slight spiced flavoured finish. Travlr (24880) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 2, 2011

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Keg. Hazy gold beer, no head. Light and crispy palate, semi dry. Mild wet wood. Little citrus before lemony sourness kicks in. Turns slightly bitter. Trace of berry fruits before an airy finish. Interesting and drinkable.

Hazy golden color, no head. The aroma is medium pungent, a bit lemony, cobwebs, light cheese. The low carbonation provides a soft mouthfeel; mild lemony flavor and mild astringency, not dry. Pleasant and refreshing, although not very complex.

On tap, just under a year old, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty funky, with light leather, and wet wood. Flavour is very similar, with a dry puckering mouthfeel. Dry, bitter, and lightly funky on the finish. Very good stuff. jtclockwork (16600) - , New Jersey, USA - SEP 24, 2016

Pale golden pour with no head or carbonation. A really impressive funk aroma of grass, earth, and must. There’s a bit of sulfur to it, but a nice lactic tartness and some citrus fruitiness. A bit of cheese on the palate with a good sourness, some moderate earthy and musty funk, and lots of grass. Quite dry, too.
