3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: SEP 3, 2014 Bottle: Cloudy orange with yellow edges, lots of small hanging sediment, topped with a creamy white head that fades to a collar quickly. Aroma is incredible funk and tartness; big acidity, lemon flesh, lots of wet hay and super musty cork. Mild wet oak and light vinous notes. Taste isn’t quite as tart but still has some sharp lemon and white grape skin acidity. Some musk, super dry oak, wet hay and barnyardy funk. Super dry, scraping finish.
Bottle. Foggy golden. Yeast flakes drifting Weak white head. Aroma: wild yeast, soaked apples, horse blanket. Light body. Dry taste. Medium sour. Fruity. Tart. Very nice. azzurro (502) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 14, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 15, 2018 I haven't tried many gueuze yet, but I am still impressed with this style. Looking forward to age few of these over the years. gyhallmanti (801) - Groningen, NETHERLANDS - JAN 12, 2018

375ml bottle, thanks Rask0lnikov. Pours slightly hazy orange, white head. Aroma of green apples, some brett, grass, apple vinegar. Taste is dry, vinegary, woody, apple skins, apricot. More tannin and woody in aftertaste, dry finish. Medium bodied, bit over average carbonation. Good geuze, easy to drink but still nicely sour and acid. michael_bb (152) - Barcelona, SPAIN - JAN 5, 2018
Oh what a thirst quencher. Quite acidic, but with noticeable fruit notes. A bit hazy, with a good persistent white head. Not the strongest carbonation but pretty remarcable and the taste, while it could be a bit more tart, is just so so nice. Unfortunately lambic beers are so expensive, I wouldn't say the value was that great but it's still worth trying one of these from time to time.

Clear golden pour with a medium sized head. Huge barn/stable aroma, apricot and white grapes freshness, funk, grass, straw. Hugely sour, no sweetness within a mile or ten. Thin bodied with a dry finish. Fantastic!!! DavidSvinth (371) - DENMARK - DEC 22, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 Lys orange.

Bottle 2014 at Luppolo Station (Rome). Hazy golden color, regular white foam. Nose: lemon grass, citronella. Mouth: easy, a bit thin, the overall is pretty simple but the finish is grapefruit and tart.

Piana niewielka, opada.

As I remember my first experience with this style pre-beerexploring it was rather awful. Now I say pleasant beer pretty much recommended. Yummy.
