Pours dark red with a pink head and a faint cherry aroma. At first I didn’t like the taste but it grew on me as I drank it. I have had other beers in this style where the added cherries were to sweet, not the case here. You almost have to really look for it, but it’s there.Overall it was refreshing and tart. it’s worth a try it you like this style.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2017 Deep dark red beauty, wonderful aroma, reminds of wild berries, light on the mouth, very high drinkability. My first positive experience with this style, albeit I have not had many. In my opinion a great example.

Looks deep red, decent head. Aroma excellent: cherries with tartness and acidity in the background. Taste more acidic with cherries more in the background, less tart too. Maybe slightly watery. Personally I find the acidity of the taste a bit too dominant.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2017 Right after the pour you can tell that’s it’s lambic, the aroma and overall presence. almost no head, ruby color, deep red. As supposed, almost no carbonation, sauer but not too much. Nice aftertaste of fruit.

Pours a dark red with a full, bubbly, pink head that evaporates fairly quickly. Cherry dominates the nose. Its a bit tart, with slight vinegar and and hints of yeast as well. A strong and intense tartness pierces you upon sipping, though its pretty short lived. As expected, the cherry flavor stands tall here, with some raspberry compliments, minor notes of oak, and a bit of yeast. The cherry finish is a tad underwhelming, but it sticks on your palate for a good while. Light to medium in body, more sticky in texture, and with some softer carbonation. Simply delicious.

W aromacie słodko, delikatnie pestkowo. W smaku wiśnia w charakterze gorzkiego soku, dzikie jest, taniny są. Ogólnie w porządku.

BOTTLE 37,5 CL. Almost clear dark ruby, bright pink head. Rich dried cherry aroma, sweet and tart cherries, some cherry syrup, acid funk. The taste is clean sour, lacto and lime, green fruit seed, with enough residual sweetness and cherry to balance the acid. Not excessively sour and somehow juicy in a way. Very good.

Aroma is cherries/berries, dry malts, mild sweetness and slightly musty. The flavor is cherries/fruit, malts and a mix of mild sweetness and big tart/dry in the finish.

Lightly cloud reddish, pink head. Funk, socks, some cheese. Light cherry and berry fruit. Lightly tart, decently sweet. Light body, chew, long finish. Awesome.

Aromat: słodko, lekkie wiśnie, winogrona, agrest i troche dzikości.
Smak trochę pusty. Kwaśne, mało dzikości, mocno nasycone.

Drank 13-07-17 with Koen & Cat (thanks for sharing!). Nice one! You can actually distill the fruits from this and the sour is really there but not too sharp. Really nice how the beer can have such rich taste with such low ABV.
