Bottle, 375 ml. Pours dark golden with a big creamy head. Aroma is balsamic vinegar, oak and notes of earth, as well as a funky fruity hint of brett. Full body with soft carbonation. Flavour is sour with funky yeast and brett, as well as wood and fruit giving a nice long tart finish. HopRedHead (397) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - SEP 15, 2013
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours clear golden yellow, with a lively white head. Immediate aroma of white grapes, lemon, green apple peel and a nice farmhouse funk. Smells really clean, unlike some older lambics I’ve had. Flavours are crisp - tart citric zest, lemongrass, green apple balanced a nice dry sourness. Great gueuze in my opinion. TheHOFF43 (2052) - Robbinsdale, Minnesota, USA - SEP 11, 2013
Bottle. I have had very few lambics. Pour is a hazy gold with some white head. Aroma is tart funk. Flavor is tartness followed by tons of funk. Not sure how to evaluate the funk, but its terrific.
