75cl bottle. Hazy orange color with a huge white head. Aroma is citrus, barnyard and vinegar. Flavor is sour with lemon and some green apples. Dry and quite light bodied. Not overly sour but very tasty and balanced.

UPDATED: NOV 4, 2016 (corked 330ml bottle) . Drank from a Cantillon tulip... bottle dates 2011-2012
Funky barnyard refreshing complexity . Dryness that cleans your soul and a tart accent that melts your mind... but not the cost interestingly complex or challenging of gueuzes

Delicately balanced, restrained complexities of white, yellow, orange, and green fruit, creamy barrel, and silky horse blanket

A hazed amber body supports a white frothy head, which falls to a solid ring and thin island
The freshly popped cork smelled incredible, huge bursts of mango and apricot with supporting oak and barn qualities; once in the glass, flavors and aromas of honey, flowers, oak, apricot, mango, pineapple, white grape, kiwi and silky horse blanket roll in on a delicate body presenting a flash of carbonation which proceeds to melt into my tongue; lively sweet and sour layers linger and build into a lemony, honey-floral finish with a touch of oak reappearing late; a bubblegum accent also appears with warmth

12.7oz cork and cage best before 18/01/2022 at 45º, 6oz into 11.7oz Zwiesel Tossa Long Drink (preferred), 6oz into TeKu (presented a sharper lemon quality, creating a less harmonic aroma which was less representative of the flavors)

UPDATED: APR 30, 2014 If you want to smell & taste banryard (doh), wild yeast, apricot jam, light oaky, this is your beer. Complex but round & smooth mouthfeel. Utterly balanced. Sweet aftertase (more use of old lambic?) rather than oaky/sour/bitter/funky. Every geuze has a fruit association for me: this is the apricot geuze. Price €5,7/quality ratio: above par. One of my favorite geuzes. Bottle 2011-2012.

Bottle. Pour is pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is funky with light lemon, light wood, and faint gym sock. Flavor starts with a faint spice followed by lemony tartness and sour funk. Finish is lightly tart and funky with faint woody notes. A bit thin. Not a very complex Gueuze. OK.

12.5oz. Bottle at the Syb Pig in Boca Raton. Tulip. Golden pour with some haze. Light head and no lace. Aroma of all kinds of wonderful wild yeasts and probiotics, apples, green grapes and vinegar. Taste similar with a very acidic fruitiness and sour tartness. Wonderful mouth, tart finish. Wonderful.

750-ml bottle. Pours a hazy dark lemon yellow with a fluffy white head. Slight tartness with some dirty laundry funk and a hint of spoiled citrus for the aroma. Quite tart taste with lemon peel and a touch of honey before a very bitter finish. Very prickly carbonation, thin body, abrupt finish.
