Bottle - Pours light amber w/ white frothy head. Smells of some funk, tart, lemons. It’s very well rounded. A nice balance of tart and sour with a little pepper feel at the end. So good!!! Jerre (3683) - Waregem, BELGIUM - JUL 27, 2013
Tasted this more times, first dec. 2011 from bottle.
Hazy copper-orange color, with medium head.
Aroma: wet wood, fruits, vinegar like. Medium body.
Taste: fantastic, apricot, wheat, dry, yeasty, more fruity and sweet than regular gueuze. RumRunner101 (918) - Alberta, CANADA - JUL 24, 2013
This is great stuff. Tart, with some funk and good citrus notes. Extremely well balanced and put together. shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JUL 24, 2013
Bottle at home bought at Ohtsuki. Hazy orange/light amber colour, small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, light funkiness, citrus. Taste is great, sherbet, sourness, fruit. Very nice flat creaminess. Nice sour sparkle at end. I love this beer, and my rating can’t do it justice.

750ml bottle. Pours a hazy medium gold, with a moderate white head, which lasts well and leaves a little lacing. The aroma is a blend of dusty leather, funky sourness, oak and tart lime. Sour lime up front is moderated by a little sweetness into an almost riesling flavour. There is a complex interplay of oak and leathery sourness in the mid-palate, with that riesling flavour still coming through. The finish combines leathery sourness with a touch of champagne and leaves a lingering mildly sour aftertaste. This is a nice, complex gueuze, with a good sweet-sour balance.

Gran cuerpo. northropfrye (3639) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 13, 2013
Bottle at craft beer company, London. Dark amber body than some other lambics, almost looks like an IPA, but not in taste. Lovely refreshing sour taste here. A very enjoyable gueuze. LinusStick (3473) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 2, 2013
A delicious and well rounded gueuze. Aroma was outstanding. Funk and dirt with a light yeastiness. Pour was a nice medium gold with a one finger off white head. Taste was very well rounded. Sourness level is at a medium, with the funk and sour flavors melding perfectly. Mild carbonation for the style. Finish is very quick and light. Almost tastes like it turns to spring water after the swallow. Odd, but doesn’t take away from the beer. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Bomber thanks to friends of GT2, hazy orange, tart flavor with some fruits, tastes like berries, overall very good.
