UPDATED: APR 30, 2014 If you want to smell & taste banryard (doh), wild yeast, apricot jam, light oaky, this is your beer. Complex but round & smooth mouthfeel. Utterly balanced. Sweet aftertase (more use of old lambic?) rather than oaky/sour/bitter/funky. Every geuze has a fruit association for me: this is the apricot geuze. Price €5,7/quality ratio: above par. One of my favorite geuzes. Bottle 2011-2012. Dpaquet (422) - Trois-rivieres, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 24, 2013
pour is hazy golden with little white head. Aroma of wet hay, lemony, Herbal, brett, dusty, horse blanket. Taste is tart lemon, brett, dusty, oak, light swetness. Low body and lively carbonation. One of my favorties gueuzes! beernbourbon (1604) - Glendale, Arizona, USA - AUG 23, 2013
Bottle. Pour is pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is funky with light lemon, light wood, and faint gym sock. Flavor starts with a faint spice followed by lemony tartness and sour funk. Finish is lightly tart and funky with faint woody notes. A bit thin. Not a very complex Gueuze. OK. Fritz123 (1535) - Boca Raton, Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2013
12.5oz. Bottle at the Syb Pig in Boca Raton. Tulip. Golden pour with some haze. Light head and no lace. Aroma of all kinds of wonderful wild yeasts and probiotics, apples, green grapes and vinegar. Taste similar with a very acidic fruitiness and sour tartness. Wonderful mouth, tart finish. Wonderful. DesertDevil (699) - Arizona, USA - AUG 22, 2013
750-ml bottle. Pours a hazy dark lemon yellow with a fluffy white head. Slight tartness with some dirty laundry funk and a hint of spoiled citrus for the aroma. Quite tart taste with lemon peel and a touch of honey before a very bitter finish. Very prickly carbonation, thin body, abrupt finish.

Bottle. Wow! And.... Wow again! Big fresh manure, mounds of it, in fact. Light orange straw color. Seriously tart apple initial / composted fruit peels and light bitterness and a small metallic note / the finish stretches the taste buds with tartness and a savory, sunny freshness. Thin and astringent. Wonderful stuff. So fresh and right in your face. CamdenD (1204) - Madrid, SPAIN - AUG 21, 2013
This bottle might be slightly baked. It is about 35 degrees everyday here so perhaps it cooked a bit in the store. Slightly sour in the nose, a bit of oak/butter, but not much else. Mouthfeel is thin. A bit of a splurger out of the bottle. Taste is acidic and not terribly changing. One-sided for a gueuze. 37.5cl teddybeer (4256) - Madrid, SPAIN - AUG 20, 2013
Bottle. Golden colour with a white head with medium lasting. Aroma is very fruity, acidic and light woody. Flavor has very acidic notes, with some citrus and yeast hints, wood and old barrel sensation in the mouth and very fruity. The final is slightly bittery and acidic with good presence.
