Golden pour, fast fading white head. Smells funky, sour lemon, grape. Taste is peachy sour, grapefruit, and apple. Tart and somewhat bitter, acidic, high carbonation. Dry and sour, just as it should be.

375 ml bottle shared with Albatross, thanks mate. Pours a very cloudy orange with a nice white head. Aroma is wild yeast, a touch of peach. Flavor is vinegar, unripe fruit, barnyard, aged. Grapefruit flavor, without the bitterness. Finish is tart. Acidic. Light to medium body, soft mouthfeel, weak carbonation. Very refreshing.

12.7 oz. corked n’ caged bottle, best before 05/03/2021- Pours slightly hazy golden with lively carbonation and a one finger head. The aroma is funky barnyard all the way, and very sour and acidic, a mild skunk that goes away pretty fast thankfully, stupid green bottle. The taste is mouth puckering sour, vinegary, funky up the ass, this is what I want in a Gueuze, very tasty. Body is medium and carbonation is high. Good shit, I love a good Belgian funky lambic, and this is a great one!

Imported two-year-old bottle. Very cloudy, beige brown color. Aromas of young fruits, especially peach, hay, dust. Very acid taste. Aftertaste of grapefruit, cherry and raspberry. Very dry. The astringent effect leaves a pleasent sweet finish.

Bottle. Pours golden orange with a fluffy white head leaving a little lacing. Aroma is strawberry yogurt, white wine and vinegar. Taste is unbelievably sour to start but your palate adjusts after a few sips. Vinous and tart. Finish is lightly Brett with a lingering sweetness on the finish. Palate is medium bodied with heavy carbonation. Not too dry. Very happy with my first gueze experience. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled thanks to Alice and Jan. Hazy golden pour, medium frothy white head. Nice soft geuze aroma, wheat, hay, barnyard, horseblanket, soft tartness. But all quite soft and not really harsh like some other geuzes. Soft sourness in taste. Easy to drink and well balanced geuze.

Bottle shared by pmoney. 2010/2011 bottle. Served in a FFF Teku. A: Pours slightly hazy orange color with a thin white ring forming on the pour. It recedes slowly leaving behind some splotchy lace. S: A ton of funk is present with a nice light lactic underbody. Mild acidic with some lemon peel notes. Lemon grass with a light oaky body. T: Lactic with some tart green apple. Nice bit of funk to this guy with some oaky notes as well as some vanilla. Lemon zing. M: Light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Very easy drinking with no realy pucker. O: Very delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed this one and will definitely be setting some aside for storage. Serving type: bottle
