Hazy amber pour with white head. Floral sour citrus meat and strawberry with a healthy dose of funk and wet hay. Flavor is a nice even sour with citrus, orange peel, and light vanilla/oak. Fades slightly to wet wheat malt and faint vanilla. Trailing pucker. Moderately dry to cleanse the palate. Tasty, but not as complex as other Belgians. Serving: 375 ml. bottle. It pours a light amber with a small off white head. The nose is musty and funky with notes of hay, barnyard, lemon, and lime. The flavor is nicely tart without being overpowering. The hay and barnyard notes come through nicely with a hint of citrus zest. Light and spritzy like champagne with a mostly dry finish. Very refreshing and just what I was looking for on a hot day. garmonbozia (450) - Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA - JUN 5, 2013
Bottle from Wine and Cheese Place: Great funky beer. Clear goldern color. Taste was barnyard with lots of sourness. Very acidic. thebitterendaz (35) - Alabama, USA - JUN 2, 2013
Share with Daknole. Sweetness of plums overpowers the barnyard funk found in most gueuzes. Pleasantly sweet and subtle sourness. Very refreshing. DanielBrown (4567) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUN 1, 2013
Bottle from Beer Planet, Brussels, via the lovely Foxo82. Pours lovely - like champagne, with that bubbly, but fast fading head. Mouthfeel is marvellous - light and airy. Taste is blinding, sour yes, enough sour yes, but supreme balance: not overpowering, just quenching, refreshingly nice and easy to sup. Great stuff. Big jugs.

Golden pour, fast fading white head. Smells funky, sour lemon, grape. Taste is peachy sour, grapefruit, and apple. Tart and somewhat bitter, acidic, high carbonation. Dry and sour, just as it should be. VT (2527) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 27, 2013
375 ml bottle shared with Albatross, thanks mate. Pours a very cloudy orange with a nice white head. Aroma is wild yeast, a touch of peach. Flavor is vinegar, unripe fruit, barnyard, aged. Grapefruit flavor, without the bitterness. Finish is tart. Acidic. Light to medium body, soft mouthfeel, weak carbonation. Very refreshing. Errl (2577) - Plano, Texas, USA - MAY 20, 2013

12.7 oz. corked n’ caged bottle, best before 05/03/2021- Pours slightly hazy golden with lively carbonation and a one finger head. The aroma is funky barnyard all the way, and very sour and acidic, a mild skunk that goes away pretty fast thankfully, stupid green bottle. The taste is mouth puckering sour, vinegary, funky up the ass, this is what I want in a Gueuze, very tasty. Body is medium and carbonation is high. Good shit, I love a good Belgian funky lambic, and this is a great one! Albatross (13) - Saint-Jean-Chrysostome, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 18, 2013
Imported two-year-old bottle. Very cloudy, beige brown color. Aromas of young fruits, especially peach, hay, dust. Very acid taste. Aftertaste of grapefruit, cherry and raspberry. Very dry. The astringent effect leaves a pleasent sweet finish.
