Pours a slightly hazy light amber color with a smallish white head. Nose is has a little citrus in there and seems a bit sour - there’s also some champagne note to it. Taste is quite dry and just a tad sour. A bit harsh from the acid, but not bad...

reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 4, 2013
Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head. Aroma has notes of grass and spice, mild funk, cheese, and a touch of sulfur. Flavor follows suit and adds a tart layer...lemony and bretty. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is lemony/funky and tart/dry.

Hazy foamy head with a orange to honey colour. has a wet rope aroma, horse saddle, a hint of something woodsy, and composted fruit. sourbrew with lemon acidity, stone fruit and a superdry finish. It grows on me.

37,5cl Bottle @ home. Hazy darker blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a very small white head. Light sour typicaly gueuze hinted aroma. Medium to full palate, cleaning the palate. Finish is light sour sweet balanced with a light fruity sour touch. Very decent gueuze.

A couldy dark golden pour with a very light head. Lots of toasted wood up front with notes of extremely old cheese and dark fruit. I could really stick my nose in there for days. Lots of sourness on the palate with lots of wood and a surprising amount of fruit. Really makes you salivate.

2011 2012 bottle to tulip glass. Pours a hazy yellow with some orange. Aroma is cat urine, horse blanket, weed and vinegar. Taste is tart and tangy with vinegar and citrus and a cheesy quality. Medium mouthfeel with lots of carbonation, finishes dry. Really enjoyed the unique taste provided by the wild yeast. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
