375 ml bottle. Pours an almost clear gold with very little head. Tart aromas of barnyard, apples, peaches, and cheese. Flavors of sour apple juice, pears, and apricots with a hint of malt and citrus. Quite tart, but in a nice way. Can I say sour and smooth? Great.

Maybe one of the best gauze I’ve tried out. Super clean and complex. Great sourness! I really enjoyed this beer, and I want more.

aroma is barnyard funk and a sourness. extremely clear and orangish hue. nice head formed. taste is light, crisp, and tart. detecting some sour green apple. a bit of funkiness and sour on the finish. wouldn’t say its extremely sour. just balanced enough to make it easy drinking. not the most flavorful though. seems a bit 1 dimensional. would drink again but probably not at $10 for a 12.7oz bottle.

37,5cl bottle, BBE 4/2021. Poured cloudy golden with a thin white head. Lovely tart aroma with some barnyard, dried apricots. Flavor is tart, barnyard, apples coming through alot. Light sweetness. The finish is bonedry and tart. Excellent.
