13-10-17 // bottle 2016-2017 // hazy orange beer, small foam head. Aroma of dry lemon, wood, citric acid. Tastes is just perfect gueuzelike, great soft tartness, with dry acidic notes, farmhouse funky yeast. Some fruitiness.

beskid (271) - Baden-Württemberg, GERMANY - OCT 19, 2017
Nicely balanced, subtle tartness and funk, more grapes and light lemon, very deep. Tart finish, refreshing.

ozzatoadisback (199) - ITALY - OCT 14, 2017
Deep orange/amber colour, almost transparent. About one finger of head that dissipates quite quickly but still leaves some lacing. Fresh aroma shows citric notes and a hint of grapes, a slight mineral feel, some background barnyard/funky notes, all among a quite sharp/tart and slightly spicy, vivid feel. Taste shows citric notes, a bit of green apple, barnyard/leathery notes quite in check as the smell suggested. Sourness is both lactic and citric/sharp, overall average per style. All in all a bit less vivid than the aroma. Medium bodied with average carbonation, perhaps a little higher than your average gueuze. Overall a nice, not too hard gueuze with good enough complexity.

Intensywnie pomarańczowe, obfita piana. W zapachu stajnia, siano, skóra. Kwaśność umiarkowana, smak idzie raczej w stronę wytrawną z lekką goryczką i posmakiem skórzanym. Pije się wyjątkowo przyjemne, bardzo dobre.

Sjohnh (1010) - Coventry, West Midlands, ENGLAND - OCT 1, 2017
Deep orange colour, no head. Barnyard smells dominate the nose. In the mouth you get sharp sour apple, acidity, some malt sweetness, gooseberry, and a hint of red fruit.
