Bottle 750ml. @ Gueuzerie Tilquin, Chaussèe Maieur Habils 110, Rebecq-Rognon, Belgium.
[ As my rating # 20000 on ratebeer ]. Light unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy barnyard, leather, wood, citrus - grapefruit, tart. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, dry. IMO a bit young so it will deff. be nice to follow Pierre the next years and see how the beers will improve. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled. Hazy golden, rich head. Enormous cobweb and barnyard aroma. Citric and lemony. Dry and soft with medium body. Drie Fonteinen-like relaxed softness, blanced citric acidity. Superbly drinkabkle and vastin character. Travlr (25250) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 25, 2011
375 ml bottle. 4.8% version. Cloudy gold, medium white head, solid lacing. Aroma of dusty lemon citrus, stone fruits, animals. Taste has grapefruit and lemon. More complex than the draught version. Nice character and complexity. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2011
Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a tiny off-white head. Tart and heavy dirty barnyard in the nose. Medium body, a little initial fruitiness but then dry and sulphurous barnyard - lots of fart here. A very decent, straight and authentic Gueuze. 141111 madmitch76 (25009) - , Essex, ENGLAND - SEP 10, 2011

Dean Swift - RBESG Tasting.Cloudy gold beer, nice white head. Typical gueuze nose. Light dry palate. Pleasantly tangy sour beer. Crisp and just sour enough to induce a blink but not a pucker!! Lemon, grapefruit and a trace of tangerine. Dry sour finish. Decent sour.
