A sharp floral tartness in the aroma. Pearlesent glowing gold with micro fine constant bubbles. Smooth tart bordering on rubbery and then float towards fruity as it rinses. Smooth clean wet as it runs through your mouth leaves light sourness behind. Amazing balance huge complex sour taste, amazing. dwyerpg (6076) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAR 10, 2013
Woohoo! Strong sour aroma from the beginning. This is great. A strong funky sour flavor and aroma that makes your mouth do funky contortions. Excellent. ChtiBreizh (456) - Rennes, FRANCE - FEB 23, 2016
37,5 cl bottle. The labelling is very classy. Nice pop at the opening! Golden hazy pour with quite a thick head but like any gueuze, short lasting. Aroma is funky and zesty lemons, apples, light vinegar. There is a massive gunflint mineral aroma that I have not yet found on any other gueuze (it is not as present in Boon, Cantillon, Lindemans, 3 Fonteinen lambics which are used to make this). It is rather sweet for a gueuze, very round and balanced. Dry and sour finish, but very harmonic. The palate is very full with lots of very thin bubbles. Overall it is highly drinkable and incredibly tasty! I only leave one point just in case I find any beer better than this! hazewee (40) - Andenne, BELGIUM - JAN 16, 2012
UPDATED: MAR 14, 2013 Wow! Working in the wine business, if I were served this Gueuze during a blind tasting (poured in a black glass), this could mislead me to a great Chardonnay like a Meursault of a young vintage. Almost not bubbly, very round and complex, with a long lasting finish helped by a perfecly balanced acidity. Best Gueuze I’ve ever had! minch25 (577) - Medford, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 18, 2011
Hazy orange/yellow; medium white head; sediment. Smells like, well, gueuze. Very high quality, in the same grade as 3 Fonteinen or Girardin. Soft and mellow, a lot of fruit, tart apple, some grapefruit zest; fruit skin, like orange peel. I like this better than the counterparts from Cantillon, Lindemans, Hanssens, Boon.

Pours a peachy gold with two finger white head that sticks to the glass... Bright aromas of dusty funk and sour fruit; oranges and stonefruit. On the palate its solid carbomation delivers a complex barrage of flavors ranging from light soft peach to a sour funky basement...starting out very fruit heavy then tangy then dry funk. Solid Gueuze ! drpimento (3572) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 9, 2012
Wow, excellent brew! Poured cold with a large, off-white, foamy, frothy, thick head that lasts a while and lots of lace. Color is a slightly hazy amber with a load of tiny bubble trails. Aroma is yeast, sour, bread dough, malt - a fresh and clean quality. Flavor’s like nose, fresh and clean, very dry with bitter and carbonic working very well with each other. Back of the tongue is left with an astringent feel. Body and carbonation are perfect. Finish is like flavor, with a slight dry champagne flavor and again very clean. Outstanding. Maybe one of the best gauze I’ve tried out. Super clean and complex. Great sourness! I really enjoyed this beer, and I want more. flatmatt (1563) - Northville, Michigan, USA - SEP 27, 2013
375 mL bottle at Seven Monks in Traverse City. A golden amber pour with a white head. Aroma is quite sour. Flavor of sour raspberry or strawberry, funk, lemon, dry. Maybe not the most complex, but "sooooo good" (quote from notebook). Those words definitely do not describe how much I enjoyed this, so I’ll just let the numbers do that. Better in the bottle than on draft. This is a 2012. Freaking fantastic. Smells like an illicit substance. Amazing sour flavor that is freaking amazing of apricots and fruit. Love this!!
