First, this isn’t an English Pale Ale, second, it’s brewed at Cold Garden for Outcast. Canned July 23rd. Colour is golden and cloudy with a fluffy white head. Nose is hoppy with juicy grapefruit and pineapple and yeast notes. The taste has tropical fruit and grassy notes. Bitter finish, grass and grapefruit finish with tropical undertones. Medium body, creamy texture and sharp carbonation. Pretty solid.

I had this a few months ago; based on memories. Turbid, super cloudy bright orange and yellow. Carbonation is low, frothy off white head. Mild sweetness, creamy body from the oats. Smells amazing, hop flavour is nice but it could use a tad more bitterness. I don't love this creamy, non-resinous, sweet IPA style so I'm a little biased. Overall a pretty good beer regardless of my pre-conceptions.

Rating #2642 - 2017.08.07 - Can from @beerblast. Definitely an IPA, not an English Pale, and contract brewed at Cold Garden. Opened while playing Railroad Tycoon III and cursing the sky gods for spoiling my Monday AM tee time. Pours a fairly clear golden with a bubbly white head (i split a can with a friend, his was certainly cloudy - meant to be a hazy NE IPA but can stored upright etc. etc.) Aroma is mango, orange peel, and a bit of peppery grass. More tropical and citrus sweetness in the flavour, with a bit of a yeasty/estery note and a fairly complex bitter note. Very solid flavours, dry hop gives a huge bouquet of aromatics that are the big star here.

Thicker mouthfeel thanks to the oats, and hopped exclusively with lupulin powder.
