Botella traída de un viaje por varios lugares del sur de Francia, comprada creo que en Nimes, aroma a lupulo, buen amargor y cuerpo medio denso. La mejor hasta ahora de las que compramos.

Bottle 33cl, an amber red beer with medium head, correct retention. Nose is on fresh peach and mango. Aroma is on the same fruit notes, coconut and bitter almond notes, medium bitterness to high, grassy touch, good sweet and malty body, caramel and light licorice notes, hop resin at the finish.

SeniorZozo (1875) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JAN 3, 2016
Sharing session at Budapest. Copper body, very cloudy and with stable head. Dark hops, resin, grapefruit, figs even. Dark looking but not very thick malt body. In fact the palate isn’t thick at all.

Scopey (15663) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 26, 2015
Keg at Les Trois 8, Paris as West Coast IPA at 7%. It pours lightly hazy dark amber with a thick beige head. The nose is fresh grapefruit, pine, sherbet, varnish, toffee, oily hops and resin. The taste is bitter, decent level of maltage, pine, varnish, resin, burnt toffee, chewy malt and grapefruit. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Has a nice old-skool West-Coast vibe. Rather nice.
