COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Buffalo Jacket is a great example of our philosophy of balance. Citrus-floral aromas of Cascade hope initiate the experience. Soft malt undertones emerge at first sip, politely giving way to sturdy, yet graceful, hop bitterness; at conclusion, hops rise atop the malt.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a clear copper with an ivory head. Grainy and slightly resinous on the nose. Very low hop aromas for an IPA. The flavor is sweet and malty with some citrus and resinous characteristics. Light to medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. The finish is fairly dry.

Clear golden with a white head. It had smooth citrus and mild malt on the aroma. It’s got a medium rich body with soft carbonation. It starts with mushy malt, nondescript bitter hops, and some pine. The Dinah had some wood and harshness. Not really an IPA for me but it’s alright I guess

4oz on tap Twenty Tap. Clear orange color. Thin off-white head. Leaves good thicker sheets of lace. Cool kind of spicy hop, mild caramel kind of spicy malt. Mild piney citrusy hop. Light to moderate sweet, light to moderate bitter taste. Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation, lightly slick. A solid, satisfying IPA.

A nice IPA. As expected. Some citrus and lighter hop aromas which follow to the flavor. A nice hop bitterness throughout which finishes sweet.

Draft to taster. Looks decent; a completely transparent lighter golden orange with ample fluffy off-white head. Smells like cat piss, and not in a good way. Tastes like it smells, but not as offensive. Average on the palate with a thin mouthfeel. Not my thing.

Draft. Light orange malt and orange peel aroma. Yellow with moderate head. Sweet light orange and light orange peel flavor. Not bad - hops are pretty light though.
