Tap at the Watering Hole. Cloudy pale orange colour, small white head. Aroma is plum and some funk. Taste is slight sourness, plum again, quite fruity, but grainy too. Interesting tingly texture. Fruit becomes more pronounced further down. Nice sourness at the end. Very easy drinking. Nice balance of dry graininess and sour fruit.

Draught at Tadg’s. Fruity, bready, dry nose, ume plums. Very clean, fresh flavor, fruity, with the plum becoming more distinct as it warms, very dry and refreshing, austere even. Fabuous stuff, and very original and interesting. Bready malts, grassy hops, I suspect wild yeast and it is very dry and has just a bit of barnyard, though clean. Great stuff.
