U portento di birra! 409 IBU arancione. molta e bella schiuma persistente! Aroma agrumato e fruttao, come il sapore anche parecchio amaro! L’alcol viene nascosto molto molto bene! tanto e soprattutto persistente retrogusto, forse un pò troppo secca. Grande collaborazione!

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2015 @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels 150513. Fruity and malty, caramely and hoppy, medium body with an oily texture. The finish is dry, bitter, fruity and caramely.

Collab of no less than three Italian craft breweries, one of which (Dada) I never heard of. Bottle at La Tana, thanks Nelson for sharing. Tightly ’papery’ lacing, moussy, medium thick, egg-white head, cloudy orangey peach blonde robe. Aroma bursts with lovely dank hoppiness, lychee, wet marihuana, orange juice, grapefruit peel, chicken spices, gin, pine resin, biscuit. Fruity onset, passion fruit and mango hints with sharpish carbo, bit minerally, full body, bit oily mouthfeel; thick biscuity and toasted malt backbone supporting a long, drying, aromatic, peppery hop bitter finish with retronasal tropical notes; warming alcohol in the end as well. Quite generic for its style, but very well executed and highly recommended.

Tap at Stout Beer Shop and Pub, Palermo, Sicily, 30th May 17. Pours a dark amber, some head. Aroma is bitter citrus fruit, sweet notes. Taste is huge, sweet and bitter, lots of fruit, mouth feel is soft and full. Really good, I saw a review referencing De Molen Amarillo and can relate to that.

Orange hazy color with white head. Intense citrus, resin, herbal and some yeast aroma. At taste is light sweet with finish in moderate bitterness, not strong and astringent.

Colore oro scuro molto torbida, schiuma biancastra con grana fine. Al naso leggeri sentore floreali, agrumi. Meglio al palato dove risalta la natura di Ipa amara bilanciato da un buon alcol che dona dolcezza. Carbonazione media. Bel finale amaro.

Bottle, BB 01.18 (from SIP). Pours orange with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, hoppy, caramel, citrus, nice Amarillo profile. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sugar, caramel, malt, citrus, resin. Alcohol is well covered for the ABV. Overall: very nice surprise (expectations were not high...), bit too sweet and silly in theory (409 IBU!), but reminds me De Molen Amarillo, which is one of my favorite DIPA-s.

Really bitter just the way I like em. Very balanced body and a very crisp biting hoppiness. Very good beer.
