Grassy, floral, golden with a good white head, medium body, medium carbonation, taste is similar with a very strong bitter final...good.

Tap at Stout Beer Shop and Pub, Palermo, Sicily, 30th May 17. Pours a dark amber, some head. Aroma is bitter citrus fruit, sweet notes. Taste is huge, sweet and bitter, lots of fruit, mouth feel is soft and full. Really good, I saw a review referencing De Molen Amarillo and can relate to that.

330ml bottle (Sip, Tallinn)
Toffee and treacle sweet aroma, fruity. Scary sweet taste too, soapy. Full palate, not too heavy despite the sugars. Big beer, but not explicitly boozy.

330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Hazy dark amber color. Malty, sweet, caramel, bit buttery in aroma. Sweet, malty, burnt caramel, yeasty, bit dirty in taste. Sweet, caramel and bit alcoholic in aftertaste. Soft carbonation. Soft bitterness. Drinkable brew.

Bottle 0.33. Colore giallo indiano che vira all’arancio, torbida, con copiosi sedimenti sul fondo. Testa bianca abbastanza alta, poco persistente. Ottimo olfatto di luppolo fruttato, aroma di agrumi di pompelmo e lime, malto e lievito. Aroma di luppolo sapido e fruttato, zucchero candito e note di marmellata di agrumi, pesanti note di alcool. Carbonazione soffice, attiva e mediamente piccante. Finale retrogusto prolungato, amaro erbaceo in crescendo. Una buona imperial ipa italiana, caratterizzata da un seducente ed invitante naso, anche se l’alcool si fa sentire nel finale.

Bottle, BB 01.18 (from SIP). Pours orange with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, hoppy, caramel, citrus, nice Amarillo profile. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sugar, caramel, malt, citrus, resin. Alcohol is well covered for the ABV. Overall: very nice surprise (expectations were not high...), bit too sweet and silly in theory (409 IBU!), but reminds me De Molen Amarillo, which is one of my favorite DIPA-s.

Colore oro scuro molto torbida, schiuma biancastra con grana fine. Al naso leggeri sentore floreali, agrumi. Meglio al palato dove risalta la natura di Ipa amara bilanciato da un buon alcol che dona dolcezza. Carbonazione media. Bel finale amaro.

Somewhat murky brass colour. No head. Aroma is dank with some marijuana and wet leaves. Taste is passionfruit and mango with a peppery finish.
