Collab of no less than three Italian craft breweries, one of which (Dada) I never heard of. Bottle at La Tana, thanks Nelson for sharing. Tightly ’papery’ lacing, moussy, medium thick, egg-white head, cloudy orangey peach blonde robe. Aroma bursts with lovely dank hoppiness, lychee, wet marihuana, orange juice, grapefruit peel, chicken spices, gin, pine resin, biscuit. Fruity onset, passion fruit and mango hints with sharpish carbo, bit minerally, full body, bit oily mouthfeel; thick biscuity and toasted malt backbone supporting a long, drying, aromatic, peppery hop bitter finish with retronasal tropical notes; warming alcohol in the end as well. Quite generic for its style, but very well executed and highly recommended.

Finale abbastanza prolungato, amaro erbaceo in crescendo.

courtesy of fiulijn - hazy reddish-orange beer without foam; aroma of ripe fruity, piney hops; vinous; notes of toffee; full-bodied, solid carbonation; some sweetness and hightly bitter; light residual sweetness and long piney, resiney and fruity hoppy tones in the finish - 409 IBU ? I would have guessed only 361 ...

With very big bitter smell in nose, that beer in mouth, is very strong. The 9.4% vol alc. shows up at the end of the beer, but the bitter feeling are in all mouth for long time. Very good job.

Tap at Luppolo 12 in Rome. Translucent, slightly coppery amber with a big light-light beige, thickly lacing and well retaining head. Super fresh tropical fruits, jam and marmalade, resin on the nose. Tastes full and balanced, not at all veering towards too bitter or too sweet. Fulfilling, thick, marmalady in the midpoint, strong resiny bitter and slightly alcoholic in the finish. Medium body, thin crisp carbonation. Gets a bit too flat too soon but otherwise very-very nice. Wouldn’t guess it to be a whopping 9.3% - more like 7-8.

Bottle at Chris and Ruth’s place in London. Clear golden beer with a small offwhite head. Hoppy floral aroma, fruity, grapes, some caramel. Hoppy citrus flavor, grassy, hay, floral, caramel, some grapes.

Bottle from GBBF 2015 and drunk at home. Russet hazy colour lasting beige head. Slightly over the top herbal aroma, getting on the way too being just too intense and a little on the Radox shower gel side. So not a great aroma. Biggish sweetish in the mouth. Then harsh hops on the finish. Bits of it are good but there is that pine fresh edge that is just too much for me. I don’t hate it, but that pine fresh flavour is just overpowering.
