Funky pineapple nose. Funky oaky taste, with some peach stone fruit. Finishes a bit sweet - nice.

March 2016 bottle. Funky unappealing smell, as is common for this style. The flavor is better. Medium high carbonation. Refreshing. Some funk and fruit in the aftertaste that lingers on and on.

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops hazy lemon with a nice white head. Aromas of tart citrus brett yeast mild funk. Taste is sour wheat mild pepper and spice.

500 ml purchased at 7 Eleven Kittery, ME. Kind of pricy. 2016 vintage.Hazy yellow appearance. Aroma is Bretty yeasty funk, mild grassy hints and oak. Flavor of dusty basement, Brett, oak, lemon rind, lightly acidic. Lightly tannic. Very woody. Light to medium bodied with spirited carbonation. Pretty nice brew, would be enjoyed by many. Not a huge turn on for me.

500ml bottle shared by AirForceHops. Thanks, Chris! Gushed a bit at opening. Pours straw gold with an off white head. Aroma is white grape, oak, funk. Flavor is sour wheat, peppery spice, tannic oak. Oak tannins dry the finish.

La bouteille de 500 mL s’ouvre sur un gros gushing caractéristique des bières vieillies avec de la brett. La bière est d’un beau blond doré, avec une bonne effervescence et une belle carbonatation. Au nez, c’est de la brett, et pas mal juste de la brett. On détecte derrière l’arôme frais d’une saison, mais sans plus. En bouche, c’est a la fois acide et bretté. Le côté boisé est également bien present. La bière pour moi n’a rien de vraiment originale. C’est une saison brettée avec un côté vinaigre de vin. Loin d’être mauvais certes, mais rien d’original dans le genre.
