C & C bottle from Pangaea. Pours hazy gold with a huge foamy white head and a fruity oak aroma. There is a slightly sour pale malt flavor with a hint of brett and an oak finish. Delicate and very delicious. deanso (10073) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - SEP 22, 2016

Coniferous brettanomyces builds floral and citrusy fireworks which can be witnessed while being hypnotized by an underlying oily, vanilla-rich oak.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam settles atop the cloudy blond.
-The big, natural bubbles remain soft on the palate.
-The flavor profile is also peppery at times.
-The rusticity in this one is ably balanced with the oak. Both are nicely aromatic.

Pour out of 750 mL, thanks Dave! Very hazy orange yellow pour with thin but lasting white head, thin bubbles, aroma has notes of oak, pear, peach hints of spice, grassy notes as well with a touch of crackery biscuit, white grape, hints of earth. Taste is a nice mix of very funky and earthy brett, some pineapple, grape, hints of white fruit, very spicy grass hints of slight tart, finishing fairly dry and funky. Very tasty. jmgreenuk (9339) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - SEP 22, 2016

11/14/12. 750mL bottle thanks to Lukaduke - thanks, man! After popping the cap, the foam slowly starts to rise to the top - but we had glasses handy. Hazy golden pour with a big off-white head that cuts but laces plenty. Nice funky, lightly tart aroma with plenty of lemon and a bit of wood. Really nice flavor with more funky tartness, lemon, citrus, funk, yeast, a bit of wood, and touches of pale malts and grass. Tasty and drinkable - I would drink the shit out of this if it were near me and cheap. I shared this with a few other people and they agreed it was tasty and they were going to seek out other beers from this brewery. Thanks, Luke! laiti (8374) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 30, 2014
Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. Aroma has bretta tones, funky yeasty notes and some citrus. Flavour is somewhat tart and leathery with bretta tones, citron and grapefruit. Refreshing bretta-beer.
