This is fantastic. The normal farmhouse pale while also quite good, serves as a prefect stock for this barrel aged stunner. Drink for balanced sour flavor and intriguing aroma, or just drink. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - SEP 27, 2013
Damn this is good. A big thanks to justdrinkit for bringing this back for me from the brewery. Pours a cloudy light apricot/gold pour. Nice fluffy white head. Flavors of hops, funk, wet hay, toothpick, tart roasted lemons. Leather, and barnyard funk. Damn straight. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 23, 2013

Coniferous brettanomyces builds floral and citrusy fireworks which can be witnessed while being hypnotized by an underlying oily, vanilla-rich oak.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam settles atop the cloudy blond.
-The big, natural bubbles remain soft on the palate.
-The flavor profile is also peppery at times.
-The rusticity in this one is ably balanced with the oak. Both are nicely aromatic.
Bottle at Torst. Pours gold with white head. Nose and taste of oak, Brett, Meyer lemon, funk, hay and citrus. Dry finish. Medium body.

Poured from a bottle shared by the cinci crew. Pours a semi-hazy gold with a white head of foam. The aroma is that signature brett, earthy dryness on the verge of tartness. Taste is just barely tart with an earthy sweetness and bitterness. Dry finish. Really a good beer. Travlr (24745) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 24, 2013
Bottle. Hazy golden color, small whote head. Aroma of rich banilla, citrus, light tannins. Taste is vanilla and lemon on a solid combo, with a bit of spice and wood. Amazing. Dunt (316) - Illinois, USA - MAR 1, 2013
Bottle provide by Todd, thanks for landing a bottle of this man! Pours a cloudy light tangerine in color with a fingers worth of tight white head. Nose is incredibly juicy, it reminds me a lot of seizoen Bretta from Logsdon. There is a lot of citrus, orange, and saison yeast. Flavor is exceptionally bright citrus with a light floral backing. Some orange zest and lemon in there as well. Light mouthfeel, good carbonation, light a idiot, dry, and a moderate to long finish. Wow, heard Oxbow was making some nice beers, but I’m incredibly impressed by this beer. I am going to search out more of their beer immediately. Dogbrick (13010) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - DEC 29, 2013
Batch #8. This brew pours a cloudy pale golden color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of dank hops, yeast and citrus. Medium-bodied with a delicate floral hops character and flavors of citrus, earthy yeast and vinous oak. The finish is slightly funky with an oak and hops aftertaste. Enjoyable beer all around. tkrjukoff (4335) - SWEDEN - AUG 5, 2015
Bottle. Pours cloudy pale amber with no head. Aroma is sour funky stable citric fruity with a touch of that sweet honey like Sollentuna which I like. Flavor is unfortunately flat missing almost all carbonation citric fruity funky stable bretty astringent, very nice indeed.
