11/14/12. 750mL bottle thanks to Lukaduke - thanks, man! After popping the cap, the foam slowly starts to rise to the top - but we had glasses handy. Hazy golden pour with a big off-white head that cuts but laces plenty. Nice funky, lightly tart aroma with plenty of lemon and a bit of wood. Really nice flavor with more funky tartness, lemon, citrus, funk, yeast, a bit of wood, and touches of pale malts and grass. Tasty and drinkable - I would drink the shit out of this if it were near me and cheap. I shared this with a few other people and they agreed it was tasty and they were going to seek out other beers from this brewery. Thanks, Luke!

Poured from a bottle shared by the cinci crew. Pours a semi-hazy gold with a white head of foam. The aroma is that signature brett, earthy dryness on the verge of tartness. Taste is just barely tart with an earthy sweetness and bitterness. Dry finish. Really a good beer.

Bottle. Hazy golden color, small whote head. Aroma of rich banilla, citrus, light tannins. Taste is vanilla and lemon on a solid combo, with a bit of spice and wood. Amazing.

Bottle provide by Todd, thanks for landing a bottle of this man! Pours a cloudy light tangerine in color with a fingers worth of tight white head. Nose is incredibly juicy, it reminds me a lot of seizoen Bretta from Logsdon. There is a lot of citrus, orange, and saison yeast. Flavor is exceptionally bright citrus with a light floral backing. Some orange zest and lemon in there as well. Light mouthfeel, good carbonation, light a idiot, dry, and a moderate to long finish. Wow, heard Oxbow was making some nice beers, but I’m incredibly impressed by this beer. I am going to search out more of their beer immediately.

750 ml Bottle, Batch 8, courtesy of Lukaduke... who else? This is a fantastic beer. Pours a light golden, keeps a nice white head around the edges. Smells like a well-aged Sanctification, light fruit and big funk. Taste followed suit with lots of Brett mouth-pucker and a wave of fruit -- at different times we mentioned apple, grape, peach. A little Belgian sweetness with a great tart Brett balance. When can I get more?

750ml bottle (batch 8) opens with a small gush and pours hazy golden yellow with 2 fingers of head. Nose is orange, funk, citrus, oak. Taste is woody apple skin, brett, orange, funk, barrel, hay, very tiny bit of tartness on the back end. Finish is a complex bretty citrus with nice funky oak notes. Great.

My son brought a 750 ml bottle back from Maine. It’s hazy yellow in the glass, not real pretty, but what a unique saisson, a little oak & a lot of lemony hop flavor!

Batch #8. This brew pours a cloudy pale golden color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of dank hops, yeast and citrus. Medium-bodied with a delicate floral hops character and flavors of citrus, earthy yeast and vinous oak. The finish is slightly funky with an oak and hops aftertaste. Enjoyable beer all around.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale amber with no head. Aroma is sour funky stable citric fruity with a touch of that sweet honey like Sollentuna which I like. Flavor is unfortunately flat missing almost all carbonation citric fruity funky stable bretty astringent, very nice indeed.

750 mL swing top bottle poured into a snifter. Hazy yellow. Nice white head. Great retention. Smell is bretty and oaky. Some farmhouse funk. Some hops. A bit of acidity. Very nice. Brighter acidic flavors in the taste, but nothing by way of sour. Grainy. Hops are muted. Grassy and lemony. Nice but not as complex as the nose. Light, well carbonated. Easy drinking. Delicious. Gets more acidic as I drink it. Less complex, too, but still good.
