Rate number 200. Bottle supplied by my dad... Thanks dad! Slight gusher, pours a nice golden color with a massive head. Smell is oak, chardonnay, tart funk, and the basement in the house I grew up in. Taste is chardonnay, nice barrel character, leather, slight tart. Very dry finish. Great beer.

Bottle, thanks Luke! Aroma has some funk, vanilla/oak, and light fruit. Light mouthfeel with a lively mouthfeel. Dry finish, with a really well balanced tartness/funk. Nice complexity, delicate/subtle tastes and aromas... very nice.

Bottle (750 ml). From cparles, thanks Chris! Hazy bright golden/orange with a small mostly lasting white head and some lacing. Aroma is of white wine, leathery brettanomyces, light caramel, farmhouse yeast and a very light buttery presence. Taste is mostly of brettanomyces and white wine along lemoney notes, some residual sugar, light caramel and yeasty notes. Light to medium body. Lively carbonation at first that quickly become a moderate carbonation. Winey mouthfeel. Dry, leathery finish. Tasty, refreshing and drinkable. Good balance. Nice pimped Belgian Ale!

Bottle shared by Randall I believe? Nice stuff, clean lemony/grassy character with hints of oak tannins, not some overbearingly sour monster or brett funk machine but just a good drinking Belgian Ale.

500 ml bottle. Pours an orange with barrel notes and light funk and oak and mellows into this overall goodness. Apricot and peach. Excellent.

Bottle pour. Incredible grassy aroma. Pours a slightly cloudy gold. Flavor is subtle and the finish incredibly smooth. Wish there was more of a bite. Good though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
