Keg at the brewery taproom - Portland. Pours clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a creamy, white topping. The nose has a little dry smoke, some crispy wheat. Light sweet flavour with moderate husky bitterness, more drying smoke, hay, a little alcohol, wheat bread. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Well balanced close, with some further wheat bread, soft lemon, background smoke. Fun stuff. Well and drinkable.
