Its easing sourdough breadiness American ale !! yeast textures are what eventually saves this from being an utterly oversweet honeyed mess. Noticeable mint and oak at swallow. AirForceHops (7913) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 23, 2017
Passable Oxbow saison. Dial down the honey next time and I'd probably buy a bottle.
500 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV. Aroma is light funk, subtle oak, light acidity, and faint yeast. Flavor is dry, weak malt profile, funk and acidity, and ends on a mild oak. Tartness is here. Tart is a mild understatement, it will slap you. If you like funky farmhouse ales, yeah, you will love this. MartinT (10102) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 5, 2017
My Bottom Line: Whatup14 (2184) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 3, 2017
Peppery rusticity coalesces with soft minerals while crystallized honey goodness rises with every delicious sip.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam covers the hazy blond.
-The flavour profile is balanced and drinkability is high.
-Mouthfeel is fluffy and comfortable.
-There is a lot going on in here. I would need another bottle to properly tame it. ;)
Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense, duveteuse. Élégant! punkska101 (2168) - Chambly, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 3, 2017

I was a fan of this purely based on that the brewer had the honey used to make the beer along with some bread for our munching needs. This was important since they Ran out of food 2 hours into the event. Poorly planned, but Oxbow kept me alive with some honey butt juice and carbs alongside my beer. Beer was solid enough with earth, light spice, yeast, wine and hops. kraddel (9210) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - JUN 25, 2017
Sampled at LIBF 2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is dry, sour, reminding of a wine barrel. Taste is dry, sour, yoghurty. White wine . Not bad. tderoeck (10343) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUN 20, 2017

Clear to slightly clouded pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, little adhesive. Aroma: dirty, funky, barnyard, brett gone bad, rotten fruits, dusty, spicy touch, bit chemical. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, bit lemony, yeast, citrus, lemon peel. Aftertaste: bitter touch, funky, not as bad as the smell actualy, bit floral, dry finish.
Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share. mike_77 (7157) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - JUN 4, 2017
Hazy blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour are tart and very funky. Strong carbonation. Some honey sweetness but still predominantly sour.
