Cross Fade pours out the bottle a semi-cloudy, watered-down yellow with an eggshell white head. The aromatics are tart fruits, grass, basement....and smoother fruits towards the end. Velvety mouthfeel for the style. Taste is dominated by floral/perfume notes and brett funk. The sour notes are perfectly balanced. I had this on tap in Maine a couple weeks ago, thought it was better first time around.

On tap at Foulmouthed. Pours a hazed gold with a large white head. Brett and lemon on the nose, musk and gentle wheat. Gorgeous. Medium bodied, wheat, light lemon, soft citrus. Pretty and easy drinking, lots of depth. Musk, brett, a hint of lemon on the finish. A joy to drink.

Bottle. Very pale straw yellow with loose head. Grassy floral tropical fruit tart aroma. Light tropical fruit pineapple fruity sweetness with medium tangy tartness with a hint of leather. Light citrus bitterness in dry finish. Light body soft medium low carbo. Very good but there a better less expensive similar beers like Helios.

2017-05-27. Lightly hazy dark yellow body, near headless. Aroma is lightly alcoholic, light fruit. Flavour is very lightly sour? Fruity. Smooth average to light bodied palate, soft carbonation. Tasty. 7/3/7/3/16 Bottle shared with Lubiere at Brothers Beer Bistro, Ottawa.

DerWeg (1727) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 28, 2017
Jan 2016 bottle from LazyBO clearance location. Looks smells and tastes great with a taut package of lemony-pale fruity tartness and herbal dry element. Medium full palate lays on the tartness, not really acetic, and palate is dry bitter and not quite parching. Cloudy look. Pretty amazing stuff.
