Sampler at Copenhagen Boston. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Nice tart and fruit notes on the nose and tongue. Very dry. Has some wood action as well. Nice! shobramberg (27) - Connecticut, USA - AUG 22, 2017
Cross Fade pours out the bottle a semi-cloudy, watered-down yellow with an eggshell white head. The aromatics are tart fruits, grass, basement....and smoother fruits towards the end. Velvety mouthfeel for the style. Taste is dominated by floral/perfume notes and brett funk. The sour notes are perfectly balanced. I had this on tap in Maine a couple weeks ago, thought it was better first time around.
