C & C bottle from Pangaea. Pours hazy gold with a huge foamy white head and a fruity oak aroma. There is a slightly sour pale malt flavor with a hint of brett and an oak finish. Delicate and very delicious. cubs (10745) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - DEC 25, 2012
Bottle in Vail, shared with Jetson for Christmas. Thanks to lukaduke! Fucking gusher. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with an off white head. Juicy orange, mango, grapefruity, pineapple, a bit grassy, slightly oaky aroma. Tart tropical fruity, quite pineapple bretty, oaky, fairly sour, vanilla flavor with a tangy, quite sour finish. Pretty tasty. jmgreenuk (10544) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - SEP 22, 2016

Coniferous brettanomyces builds floral and citrusy fireworks which can be witnessed while being hypnotized by an underlying oily, vanilla-rich oak.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam settles atop the cloudy blond.
-The big, natural bubbles remain soft on the palate.
-The flavor profile is also peppery at times.
-The rusticity in this one is ably balanced with the oak. Both are nicely aromatic.
Sample from a bottle. Nice oaky tart nose. Good hazy pale yellow / orange color. Little white head. Really nice tart taste. Medium body, very dry texture. Not too strong carbonation. Solid sour The_Osprey (9942) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2015
Bottle share at CBC Clerkenwell, many thanks to Leighton! Batch #9, 6.5%. Hazy orange / dark yellow, light sparkling, small ring of white head. Aroma is tangy bretty lemon, flowers, medicinal, touch of TCP. Body is medium, soft carbonation, smooth. Taste is buttery, lemon, vanilla, dental rinse with a soft bitterness. I quite liked this - not your everyday beer. arminjewell (9744) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - AUG 11, 2012
Pour out of 750 mL, thanks Dave! Very hazy orange yellow pour with thin but lasting white head, thin bubbles, aroma has notes of oak, pear, peach hints of spice, grassy notes as well with a touch of crackery biscuit, white grape, hints of earth. Taste is a nice mix of very funky and earthy brett, some pineapple, grape, hints of white fruit, very spicy grass hints of slight tart, finishing fairly dry and funky. Very tasty. czar (9681) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 13, 2012
bottle at hf’s saison festival 2012. hazy golden orange with a very nice white head, good retention. light oak, brett, spices, some tropicalness and lightly tart pale fruits. crisp malts - decent. lively, light to medium body, nice citrusy and grassy finish. bytemesis (9633) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - AUG 28, 2016
Bottle, Batch #8. Pours hazy orange, large white head, good residual and lacing. Aroma is very Bretty, clean funk, damp basement, dust, oak tannins. Flavor is musty, dusty, medium funk, clean though, no cheese whatsoever, dry, almost a fruitiness, oak tannins, low acidity with just a tiny hint of tartness. Light body, soft champagnelike carbonation. Well, holding this one for three years definitely worked out OK. This is a lovely beer.
