Farmhouse Pale Ale is our American interpretation of a hoppy saison. Belgian pilsner malt provides the base for an abundance of American hops and our farmhouse yeast to shine together in this refreshing ale.

This didn’t quite fit under the regular Farmhouse, or the barrel aged version. A special cask at Churchkey. Murky pale yellow color, scant white edge head. Aroma of vanilla, pine, citrus. Taste is sour and dusty straw and lemon. The oak chips added an earthiness and maybe some bretty characteristics. Not bad.
