On draft at the tasting room. Pours a golden blonde color with a finger or so of white fizzy foam. The nose is grainy with traces of grassy hops and some rustic yeasty esters. The palate is crisp and clean with a mild hop bitterness that helps clean up the flavor profile. Great carbonation level and a refreshing mouthfeel. Touches of herbs and grainy notes linger in the finish. nimbleprop (8297) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAR 28, 2013
