September 2015 bottle on my deck with LeninCat and the boom box blasting Dick’s Picks Vol. 15. Slightly hazy golden appearance with a lasting, fluffy, off white head. Aroma has candy, bubble gum, tropical fruity Brett, some straw, hay, and mild funk. A little twangy in the mouth. The flavor is more muddled. There’s weird cross notes of bubblegum and some twangy fruit. A bit of acid on the finish. It’s only ok, so I’m a bit disappointed. Sammy (12484) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 8, 2016
UPDATED: SEP 10, 2016 birrifica volo takeover with Tim. very barnyard aroma and in taste. very lacy. you could drink it.
The two aged versions, 2010 and 2011 that Tim brought were much better well rounded barrelling accomplishments, though no separate ratings. Reynolds314 (3470) - Connecticut, USA - JUN 4, 2016
Fine enough beer but a huge step down from ba farmhouse pale. Cloudy murky pale color with white head. Aroma is brett bomb with pineapple juice, undusted basement corners, and light bandaids. Taste is sweetish doughy pineapple juice up front but finishes dry and a bit harsh. Dissapointing for the crazy cost and lofty expectations from the brewer. 500ml bottle pours cloudy dark orange with finger plus of head. Nose and taste are horsey, farm, bretty funk, cowshit, lime, lemon, herbal, grass, slightly piney almost minty, bitter, dough, finishes dry and slightly chalky, dusty lime, high carbonation. jkwood04 (5452) - Connecticut, USA - APR 18, 2016
Bottle in a taster. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of light tartness, pale malts, light fruit notes from the hops and Brett, and hints of oak. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty cool beer.

500 mL bottle. Lightly hazy orange body. Smells of heavy brett. Bright orange tropical fruits. Taste has an intense amount of brett as well. Some doughy malts. Hops are a little lost here, but still has some orange. Big brett earthy bite in the finish. Medium body. High carbonation. It’s not bad, but it’s not great. willisread (3474) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 8, 2016
Tap at Craft Heads. Huge hoppy nose with tons of tropical notes with some citrus as well. The brett is there but it takes a backseat to the hops on the nose. Bitter and fruity on the palate with a little booze that comes out as it warms. Very nice. jinroh (2011) - ESTONIA - MAR 27, 2016
Pours a bit darker, biy of foam. Aroma is horse blankety, bit of bitter. Woody and spiced with pine needles. It is not very easy to match sour beer and hops but this beer manifests that it can be done. Horseblanket bitterness with sour pine needles. Very happy to try this one. Deep amber color. Frothy white head. Huge dry hopping like sticking my face in a bag of hops with stone fruit and citrus notes. Not overly bitter but hugely hoppy in the mouth. Very much aiming at an orval. Drinks much lighter than 7.5%. I would prefer a bit more tartness jredmond (8445) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 17, 2016
Bottle split with Paul at the Hyatt Regency in Montreal. Pours a soft hazy orange body with big white head and soapy lace. Mouthfeel is medium to light bodied with spritzy carbonation on the palate and notes of wintergreen mint, fresh pine, leathery funk and an off chemical character in the finish.
