Light and fruity, not very funky, not super interesting but very drinkable. Not sure what this grisette style means and how it is suppose to taste compared to a classic saison. Dogbrick (14009) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 23, 2017
Sample at the Portland tasting room. Hazy golden color with a medium ivory white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lacing. Aroma of yeast, citrus, spice and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, tropical fruit, hops and malt. The finish is fruity hops and yeast. Pretty good all around. dinkle50 (1559) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 25, 2017
Hazy straw colored pour. Aroma has some hay & grass notes. Taste has some hints of hay and grass as well. Dry finish. Slightly tart. Light body, but feels like a milkshake a bit. Lots of lace present. Floral hoppy notes hang around and linger. crossovert (14038) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 19, 2017

Keg at the Partisan. Hazy amber, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of pepper, caramel, bready malt, funk. Taste is citrus, cranberry, bready malt, spice. Medium bodied. Ernest (7864) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 3, 2017
Draft. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (lemon oil, kumquat), with notes of candy, scented soap / household cleaner. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. katrinaez (2319) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 2, 2017
A rather sour and clumsy concoction. Smells a bit more like something I’d use to clean things with than drink. I think I tried a taster of this once before a year or two ago, and was instantly disappointed...so it remains this time with a full glass. Looks nice but that’s about it.
Deep hazy straw yellow. Taste and aroma have a lemon poppyseed bread essence. Taste has an extra lemon pepper kick. Palate is light. Very drinkable. Tap. DiarmaidBHK (5961) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 5, 2017
Draft at Cooper’s seafood house. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Has a bit of funk on the nose. Dry on the tongue. Lots of horse blanket and funk. Fairly bitter on the finish. Flavorful but not my favorite interpretation. tapefuzz (871) - Massachusetts, USA - APR 24, 2017
Draught. Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a moderate, sudsy white head. Aroma is grass, light yeast funk, cheese, earth, floral hops, and a hint of peach. Taste is peach, lemon, grapefruit, grass, floral hops, and light bread. Light bitterness. Light/light-medium body. Soft carbonation. Slick, sort of creamy mouthfeel; creaminess feels like a lack of crispness rather than being fully creamy.
