This comes together very nicely. Initial smell is huge, with lots of citrus, herbs maybe like rosemary or thyme, and some hay. Comes together like potpourri. Pours cloudy orange with good head and lacing. Finishes sweet with some sourness. Tap at Churchkey.

32oz growler from the brewery pours hazy pale yellow gold with a finger of head. Nose is musty fruity peach and subtle orange. Taste is juicy orange slices and peach wrapped up in a soft, balanced saison body. Finish is slightly bitter with hints of grain and juicy fruit. Delicious!

Draft at Smoke & Barrel. Poured a hazy yellow golden color with a medium sized foamy, white head. Aroma was fresh citrus notes, some yeasty character. Flavor was light citrus, some light yeasty funk white pepper notes. Nice clean, and enjoyable.

Maybe one of the best Farmhouse Pale Ales I’ve ever tasted in my life. Probably the best, I mean. This is a beer to get excited about.

Pours a slightly hazy blondish color with a finger of tight white foam. The nose is fresh hops, citrus, grass and a bit of grainy yeast. The palate follows the nose with great balance between fresh hops notes and rustic grainy earth. Great flavor profile and a dialed in carbonation level really delivers the flavors nicely. Beautiful beer with a clean refreshing finish !
