Pours a slightly hazy blondish color with a finger of tight white foam. The nose is fresh hops, citrus, grass and a bit of grainy yeast. The palate follows the nose with great balance between fresh hops notes and rustic grainy earth. Great flavor profile and a dialed in carbonation level really delivers the flavors nicely. Beautiful beer with a clean refreshing finish ! argo0 (14128) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 15, 2013
Draft. Cloudy apple juice body with small off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, peach, guava. Taste is moderately sweet, peach, guava, light cereal, spicy. Light body, light carbonation. CamdenD (1196) - Madrid, SPAIN - AUG 9, 2013
Very interesting take on a grisette. Using once-experimental Azacca hops to great effect, Oxbow again takes a somewhat standard (though not common) style and alters and improves it. This is a very nuanced and careful "Americanization" of a European style. Extremely well done.

This beer is based off of their Loretta but has some additional hops that bring in a wonderful citrus flavor. It is a delightful beer to drink.
